The time of production of 1 to 5 containers is 30-35 days. A single container holds about 80 sets of heat pumps with an external and an internal unit. This means that for wholesale orders, the minimum optimal production quantity is 80 sets while the maximum in the same production time is 400 sets.
Times of delivery from the factory to Poland by train is 14 days; by sea the time is 35 days.
Service is provided by experienced staff members with excellent knowledge of any problems that occur in heating systems. When needed, our technicians will arrive on site to solve technical problems.
4Heat pumps are sent from the warehouses in Białystok, Warsaw, and Gdansk.
The warranty covers all faults that will appear in a period of 10 years at proper use and installation of the heat pump. Please remember that 4Heat pumps are equipped with a Panasonic compressor, which can be easily purchased and replaced without assistance in any country. In addition, when full containers are ordered, it is possible to deliver several spare pieces as the so-called Service Reserve.
Installation and starting must be performed by qualified employees who have the F-GAZ allowances. Otherwise, in extreme cases, the warranty conditions me not be recognized. The first starting should be performed by employees accredited or trained by 4Heat.
